Frank is committed to the modernization of the Service because he truly believes that new and improved TPS will play a pivotal role in making the great city of Toronto even greater in the coming years. Before joining the team, he was assigned to Emergency Management & Public Order as the Staff Sergeant in Charge of Public Safety - Special Events. Michael is committed to the modernization of the police service because he believes that the current model of policing is unsustainable. Michael can be contacted directly to learn more about risk-based responses to special events, more efficient responses to retail shopping facilities, using traffic enforcement technology, and overhauling the Paid Duty policing model recommendations contained in the Interim Report.
