Details of Investigation
Horace Headley was arrested in Kingston, Jamaica by the Jamaica Constabulary Force in April of 2009. He was returned to Canada on May 12th, 2009 and is presently before the courts, awaiting trial.

Wanted
Horace Tazman HEADLEY 22/M Mr. Headley has been arrested on this charge and is presently before the courts. Mr. Headley was married and unemployed at the time of incident. He was originally from Jamaica but in Canada as a Landed Immigrant.
