As a result of an emergency 9-1-1 call, on Tuesday, October 12th, 1993 at 7:00 p.m., officers responded to an apartment at 720 Trethewey Drive, Toronto. They located Robert Llewellyn in one of the bedrooms, suffering from gun shot wounds. His wife was present and was attempting to help her husband.
Investigation revealed that two men, A 17 YEAR-OLD YOUNG OFFENDER and Dominic Luckman, who were both known to the victim and his wife, had been invited into their apartment.
Both THE 17 YEAR-OLD YOUNG OFFENDER and Luckman brandished firearms and demanded money from Mr. Llewellyn. During the ensuing altercation, Llewellyn was fatally shot.
Luckman was located, arrested and charged with 1st-degree murder. An arrest warrant was issued for A 17 YEAR-OLD YOUNG OFFENDER on a charge of 1st-dgree murder.
