The following are the circumstances surrounding the murders of Kenneth SHARP and Emmanuel JOHNSON:
On Monday, January 26, 1998 at about 12:05 p.m., Police from 51 Division responded to a call for unknown trouble at 200 Wellesley Street East.
Arriving police officers entered an apartment and were able to locate the lifeless bodies of Kenneth SHARP and Emmanuel JOHNSON.
The Coroner, attended the scene and ordered Post Mortems be conducted.
Detectives from 51 Division C.I.B. attended the scene and commenced investigations.
An injured male was transported to hospital where he was treated and released.
Detectives of the Homicide Squad were notified and took control of the investigation.
Detectives of Forensic Identification Services attended the scene and conducting examinations.
The investigation to date has revealed that both Mr. SHARP and Mr. JOHNSON were residing in the apartment.
On Wednesday, January 28, 1998 a pathologist conducted the Post Mortem examinations and has concluded the CAUSE OF DEATH TO BE: BOTH BLUNT AND SHARP FORCE TRAUMA TO THE BODY.
Investigations are continuing.
