On Tuesday February 10, 2009 at 2050 hrs, police responded to 11 Antrim Crescent, Apt 109, Toronto in regard to a man being shot. The deceased had given the suspects accesss to his apartment. The deceased was robbed and subsequently shot.
The suspects fled the apartment and exited the building via a north stairwell door. They boarded an older, dark gray, 4 door vehicle.
On Saturday, March 7th, 2009 Joseph LEITCH, 19 years was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
On Friday, April 3rd, 2009 Verette Andrew JNO-BAPTISTE, 24 years was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
