Jorge Leon, 49, faces three charges in ongoing
Break-and-Enter investigation,

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in an ongoing Break-and-Enter investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Friday, February 17, 2017, a man entered a residence when nobody was home

- once inside the apartment, the man committed a sexual act

- the man took money and left

On Sunday, February 26, 2017, Jorge Leon, 49, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) Break-and-Enter
2) Mischief interfere with property
3) Theft under

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, March 30, 2017, 1 p.m., room 301.

The accused has been the superintendent of a condo building in the Yonge Street and Finch Avenue West area for over 14 years.
