Homicide investigators have released a video appeal for information on the whereabouts of a man wanted for Second-Degree Murder.

On Sunday, September 6, 2015, at approximately 12:20 a.m., police were called to Noble Park for a stabbing.

Russell Sahadeo, 23, received stab wounds and died from his injuries after two men approached him.

On Wednesday, September 9, 2015, Marcus Richard Lee, 21, of Toronto, surrendered to police at 12 Division.

Ton Quoc Hoang Ngo, now 22, a.k.a. Tommy Ngo, of Toronto, is wanted on a warrant for Second-Degree Murder.

Homicide investigators note that anyone who is assisting or has assisted Ngo in evading arrest may also face charges.

Ngo is described as Asian, approximately 5'7", with a slim build, and short black brush-cut hair, possibly with spikes on top.

If you see him, do not approach. Call 9-1-1.
