Second man surrenders to police, faces 10 charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at 2:15 a.m., a 24-year-old woman was in the Finch Avenue West and Sentinel Road area

- she was sexually assaulted by two men

On Tuesday, February 28, 2017, Niam Camsell, 23, of Toronto, was arrested.

A second man was still outstanding.

On Monday, March 6, 2017, Brandon Dwyer, 25, of Brampton, surrendered to police. He has been charged with:

1) Forcible Confinement
2) Sexual Assault
3) Gang Sexual Assault with a Weapon
4) Use firearm
5) Use firearm carelessly
6) Possession of a weapon
7) Possession of a restricted firearm
7) Possession of a restricted firearm without a licence
8) Possession of a loaded firearm
9) Possession of a firearm obtained by crime
10) Sexual Assault with a Weapon

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, 10 a.m., room 306.
