The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a missing woman.

Natalie Smith, 39, did not show up for an appointment on Monday, March 13, 2017, in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.

She is described as 5'6", 200 lbs., bald, with brown eyes.

Police are concerned for her safety.
