Man, 43, arrested in bank robbery investigation

On Wednesday, March 15, 2017, Toronto Police Service Hold Up arrested a man in connection with an investigation into multiple bank robberies.
The three robberies occurred on Saturday, March 11, 2017; Sunday, March 12, 2017; and Tuesday, March 14, 2017; all in the St. Clair Avenue West and Runnymede Road area
It is alleged that:
- a man entered the bank branches and would approach a teller
- the man would display a hold-up note to the teller, demand a specific amount of money and indicate he was armed with a gun
- in each robbery the man obtained a quantity of money and fled
Adam Kenneth Lock, 43, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) three counts of Robbery
2) Possession of property obtained by Crime (under)
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, March 16, 2017, 10 a.m.
