Anthony Pulido, 18, surrendered to police day after public appeal

On Saturday, March 25, 2017, the Toronto Police Service announced it was requesting assistance with a Sexual Assault investigation.

It was alleged that:

- on Thursday, March 23, 2017, a girl, 17, was sexually assaulted in an apartment unit in the Jane Street and Sheppard Avenue West area

On Sunday, March 26, 2017, Anthony Pulido, 18, surrendered to police. He has been charged with:

1) Point Firearm
2) Possess Weapon for Committing an Offence
3) Sexual Assault
4) Mischief - Under ($5000)
5) Theft - Under ($5000)
6) Forcible Confinement
7) Assault
8) Use Imitation Firearm to Commit an Indictable Offence

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Monday, March 27, 2017, 10 a.m., room 306.
