Marijuana dispensary search warrant executed,
872 Dundas Street West,
Man, 42, faces 16 charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.

On Monday, April 3, 2017, at approximately 8:10 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at Bellwoods Dispensary, 872 Dundas Street West.

It is alleged that the following was seized:

- marijuana: 6,136.16 grams
- cannabis resin (hash): 218.33 grams
- marijuana oil: 7,629.42 grams
- cannabis resin (shatter): 448.73 grams

On the same day, at approximately 8:20 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the Queen Street West and Strachan Avenue area.

It is further alleged that the following was seized:

- marijuana: 7,809.26 grams
- marijuana (oil): 5,208.45 grams
- cannabis resin (shatter): 45.19 grams

It is further alleged that:

- over $32,000 in total was seized during these search warrants

Jeffrey Neil Donaldson, 42, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) Two counts of Possession for the Purpose Trafficking Schedule II (Marihuana)
2) Two counts of Possession of Schedule II Substance (Marihuana)
3) Possession for the Purpose Trafficking Schedule II (Cannabis Resin - Hash)
4) Possession of Schedule II Substance (Cannabis Resin - Hash)
5) Two counts of Possession for the Purpose Trafficking Schedule II (Marihuana Oil)
6) Two counts of Possession of Schedule II Substance (Marihuana Oil)
7) Two counts of Possession for the Purpose Trafficking Schedule II (Cannabis Resin - shatter)
8) Two counts of Possession of Schedule II Substance (Cannabis Resin - shatter)
9) Two counts of Possession of Proceeds of Crime (Over $5,000)
