Arrest in Criminal Harassment investigation,
Dowling Avenue and Queen Street area

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Criminal Harassment investigation.

It is alleged that:

- in 2014, a man approached a women, 29, in the Queen Street and Sorauren Avenue area

On Thursday, April 6, 2017, Vladimir Kalashnikov, 37, was arrested and charged with:

1) Two counts of Criminal Harassment

He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 10 a.m., oom 102.
