Attempt Murder investigation,

On Thursday, April 13, 2017, at approximately 10 p.m., police responded to a shooting in the Grenoble Drive/Vendome Place area.

It is reported that:

- a 25-year-old man was servicing his car that had broken down

- two armed men approached and shot the 25-year-old man multiple times

- the two men then fled in separate vehicles that were waiting close by

The 25-year-old man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

On Friday, May 26, 2017, at 10:30 a.m., Detective Sergeant Jim Gotell held a news conference on an Attempt Murder investigation. The conference can be viewed here.
