Man, 61, arrested in Sexual Assault Investigation,
Wilson Avenue and Bathurst Street area

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that;

- on Saturday, June 3, 2017, a man employed as a certified driving instructor took a woman on a driving lesson in the Wilson Avenue and Bathurst Street area

- during the course of the lesson, he sexually assaulted the woman, 23

- he then dropped off the woman in the same area and left

On Saturday June 3, 2017, Sarwan Mundi, 61, of Brampton, was arrested. He has been charged with:

1) Sexual Assault

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday, July 20, 2017, courtroom 301.
