Arrests in Robbery investigation,
Yonge Street and Finch Avenue area,
Four boys face charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of arrests in an ongoing Robbery investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at 3:45 a.m., four boys, one aged 17 and three aged 16, robbed a boy, 17, in the Yonge Street and Finch Avenue area.

It is further alleged that:

- on Monday, June 5, 2017, at 4 p.m., three boys, aged 17, 16 and 16, robbed a boy, 17, in the Yonge Street and Finch Avenue area.

- one of the boys was carrying a concealed weapon at the time of the offence

The four boys were arrested and have each been charged with:

1) two counts of Robbery
2) Carry concealed weapon

The four boys were scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, 10 a.m.

The four boys cannot be identified under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
