On Thursday, June 29, 2017, as part of an investigation into the luring of a child under 16, members of the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Section executed a Criminal Code search warrant in the Spadina Avenue and Dundas Street West area.
Adam Collier, 35, of Toronto has been charged with:
1) Make available sexually explicit material to a person under 18 years
2) Luring a Child (Under 18)
3) Luring a Child (Under 16)
4) Attempt Make Child Pornography
5) Attempt Invitation to Sexual Touching
It is alleged that Adam Collier posted an ad on craigslist using the email address of “email@example.com”.
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall Wes on Thursday, June 29, 2017, 2 o.m., room 101.
