The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a wanted man.

On Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at 11:07 p.m., police responded to a radio call for the sound of gunshots in the Allenbury Gardens and Kingslake Road area.

On Friday, July 7, 2017, Randy Amofa, 29, of Toronto, surrendered to police. He is charged with:

1) Attempt Murder
2) Uttering threats
3) Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle
4) Assault
5) three counts of Assault with a Weapon
6) Driving while disqualified
7) Fail to comply with Probation

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Friday, July 7, 2017.
