The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance identifying a man wanted in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, January 1, 2017, at approximately 3 a.m., a 33-year-old woman was in the King Street West and Peter Street area

- a man approached the women and offered her a ride home

- she entered the passenger seat of the car and was sexually assaulted by the man

The man is described as 5'5", 180-200 lbs., wearing a black-and-white sweater, jeans, dark shoes.

A security camera image of the man has been released.
