The enforcement of the city's rush-hour routes and other traffic and parking offences continues to be a priority for the Toronto Police Service.
From Monday, September 18, 2017, to Friday, September 22, 2017, the Service conducted a heightened rush-hour route enforcement campaign that focused on the traffic congestion and gridlock within the downtown core.

Parking Enforcement Officers and members from Traffic Services saturated the downtown core during morning and afternoon rush hours.
Rush-hour route enforcement campaign results:
Parking tickets issued: 1,718
Vehicles towed: 347
Since January 1, 2017, Toronto Police Service Parking Enforcement has issued 58,877 parking infractions and towed 12,267 vehicles from the city's rush-hour routes.
