The Toronto Police Service is seeking assistance locating a man wanted in an investigation into multiple counts of Fraud.

- multiple prospective tenants responded to the advertisement and transferred money to the man on the assumption that the room was their's to rent

- once the deposit was received, the man would stop communicating with the prospective tenants

- in a few instances, a partial reimbursement was sent back to the "renters" upon their demand, however the man issued various excuses as to why he was unable to issue a full repayment

- the man would often use his real name but, in some instances, he used an alias

- the man has been identified as Michael Adam Lemke, 33, of Toronto

- he also used the names Michael Krug, or Mike Lemke
