Investigators need to speak to robbery victim and witnesses,
Dufferin subway station

The Toronto Police Service requests assistance locating a female victim and any witnesses in a Robbery investigation.

On Thursday, November 30, 2017, at approximately 11:30 a.m., officers responded to a call for a robbery at Dufferin subway station.

It is reported that:

- a 22-year-old woman got on the train

- she was approached by a man

- he grabbed her purse and fled

- he was pursued by the woman and some bystanders

- the man dropped the purse and made good his escape

The 22-year-old woman retrieved her purse but left before officers could arrive.

Police would like to speak with her, and any other witnesses, to obtain further information regarding the incident.
