The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance identifying a man wanted for two bike thefts in the Bay Street and College Street area.

It is reported that:

- on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, a man attended the bike racks on the south side of 777 Bay Street

- he cut the bike locks with tools and removed the bicycles

The man is described as mid-to-late 30s, 5'9"-6", medium build. He was seen wearing a black winter jacket, black pants, black toque, carrying a black backpack

It is further reported that:

- on Thursday, November 30, 2017, the same man attended the bike racks on the south side of 777 Bay Street

- he cut the bike locks with tools and removed the bicycles

He was seen wearing a black winter jacket, black pants, black toque, carrying a red canvass-type shopping bag.
