Marijuana dispensary search warrant executed,
550 Queens Quay West,
Two people arrested, face total of 14 charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.

On Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at 6:38 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at the Georgia Peach Dispensary at 550 Queens Quay West.

It is alleged that the following was seized during the execution of the search warrant:

- 1428.81 grams of shatter (including packaging)
- 6907.29 grams (6.9 kg) of loose marijuana
- 212.18 grams of pre-rolled marijuana cigarettes
- 1140.12 grams of marijuana-derived products
- 123.07 grams of hashish
- 7206.68 grams of edibles (including packaging)
- $4,421 (Canadian currency)

Vincent Kirkham, 49, of Mount Hope, was arrested and charged with:

1) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over


Ryan Cummings, 24, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over

They are both scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, 9 a.m., room 114.
