Man, 33, arrested in Sexual Assault investigation,
Glamorgan Avenue and Kennedy Road area

The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.

On Monday, January 1, 2018, at approximately 3 a.m.,, officers responded to a call for an unknown trouble in the Glamorgan Avenue and Kennedy Road area.

It is alleged that:

- a 45-year-old woman entered a building

- she was followed by a man

- the man grabbed her and forced her to the ground

- the man sexually assaulted the woman

- the sexual assault was interrupted

- the man fled the scene

On Tuesday, January 2, 2018, Israel "Allan" Ndikumana, 33, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) Sexual Assault
2) Forcible Confinement
3) Fail to Comply with Recognizance

He appeared in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Wednesday, January 3, 2018, 10 a.m., room 407.
