The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance identifying three people and a vehicle of interest in a Break-and-Enter investigation.
It is reported that:
- on Thursday, January 4, 2018, at approximately 9:55 p.m., a man (suspect #1) entered the Fairview Mall, in the Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue West area, after business hours
- he then placed a phone call and was joined by two men (suspect #2 and suspect #3) a short time after
- the three men gained access to a cell phone kiosk within the mall and stole a large quantity of cell phones they placed in a large hockey bag
- they left the mall with the stolen property and fled in a vehicle
Suspect #1 is described as having slight facial hair. He was wearing a grey jacket, dark toque, dark scarf, dark pants, dark shoes.
Suspect #2 is described as wearing a black jacket with white stripes along the sleeves and a white marking over the left chest area, dark pants, dark shoes.
Suspect #3 is described as wearing a dark jacket, dark shoes, dark pants, with white stripes along the leg.
The vehicle of interest is believed to be a newer-model GMC Acadia.
Security camera images of the three suspects and the vehicle of interest have been released.
