Man wanted in Break-and-Enter and Theft investigation,

The Toronto Police Service requests assistance identifying a man wanted in a Theft Over $5000 investigation.

On Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 7:30 p.m., officers responded to a call for a Fraud in the York Street and Queens Quay area.

It is reported that:

- a man requested entry into a condo unit

- he claimed he was there to fix the heating unit

- he removed the heating unit and left the building

He is described as 30s, 5'10", chubby, short black hair. He was wearing khaki pants, blue zip-up jacket.

The heating system is an Enerzone HRP-60 valued at $12,000.

Security camera images of the man are released.
