Boy, 17, charged with Stunt Driving,
133 km/h in 60 km/h zone,
Lake Shore Boulevard West and
Remembrance Drive area

On Friday, February 2, 2018, at 9 p.m., a Traffic Services officer was on patrol in the Lake Shore Boulevard West and Remebrance Drive area.
It is alleged that:
- the officer observed a 2017 Chrysler 300 driving in the Lake Shore Boulevard West and Remembrance Drive area at a high rate of speed
- a speed-measuring device used by the officer registered a speed of 133 km/h in a 60 km/h zone
A 17-year-old boy, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Stunt Driving - Drive at rate of speed - 50 km/h or more over speed limit
2) Speeding 133 km/h in 60 km/h zone
His licence has been suspended for seven days for stunt driving
The vehicle has also been impounded for seven days
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, March 22, 2018, 1:30 p.m.
