Police request assistance with shooting investigation,
Burbank Drive and Canary Crescent area

The Toronto Police Service requests assistance identifying a man wanted in a shooting investigation.

On Thursday, February 8, 2018, at 11:13 p.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting in the Burbank Drive and Canary Crescent area.

It is reported that:

- a black SUV was seen fleeing the scene

- officers found a man with life-threatening injuries believed to be sustained from gunshots

- he was rushed to hospital where he remains in a coma

Investigators have identified the SUV as a black 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with licence plate CADN 350.

If the vehicle is located, do not approach. The operator is considered armed, violent and extremely dangerous. Call 9-1-1 immediately.
