Personal injury collision #5/2018,
Yonge Street at McGlashan Road

On Sunday, February 11, 2018, at 1:30 p.m., police received a call for a personal injury collision at Yonge Street at McGlashan Road.

It is reported that:

- a man, 43, was driving a 2016 Honda Odyssey northbound on Yonge Street, south of McGlashan Road

- for reasons not yet determined, the vehicle crossed into the southbound lanes, mounted the curb, and struck a tree on the west side of Yonge Street

All five occupants of the vehicle were taken to hospital with various levels of injury, ranging from non-life-threatening to life-threatening. The most seriously injured was a boy, 9.
