Police seek assistance locating man wanted
in Threat investigation,
Edgar Martinez, 30, arrested and charged

On Monday, February 19, 2018, the Toronto Police Service requested assistance identifying a man wanted in an investigation into a Threat.
It was alleged that:
- on Sunday, February 18, 2018, between 10 p.m., and 11 p.m., a man was a passenger on a commuter train travelling into Toronto
- at that time, the man uttered a threat to a train staff member, which caused the staff member to be concerned for his safety and that of the public
- the staff member notified police

On Thursday, February 22, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., Edgar Martinez, 30, of Toronto, was arrested.
He has been charged with:
1) Uttering Threats
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Friday, February 23, 2016, 10 a.m.
