Man, 40, faces four charges in child sexual abuse
material investigation,
Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue East area

On Tuesday, February 27, 2018, members of the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Section executed a Criminal Code search warrant in the Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue East area.

It is alleged that:

- a man possessed, accessed and made available child sexual abuse material over the internet

James Thompson, 40, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) two counts of Possession of Child Pornography
2) Access Child Pornography
3) Make available Child Pornography

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, 2 p.m.
