Thee men facing a total 35 charges in two robbery investigations

The Toronto Police Service Hold Up Squad would like to make the public aware of an arrest and charges laid for two robberies.

It is alleged that:

- on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., two men were driven to a convenience store in the Willowdale Avenue south of Finch Avenue East area
- two men wore masks and entered the store armed with a rifle
- the men demanded cash and cigarettes
- a 46-year-old man also had his wallet and cellular phone stolen
- the men left in a vehicle

It is further alleged that:

- on Friday, March 30, 2018, at 10:40 p.m., two people were in the parking lot of a bank in the Sheppard Avenue East and Willowdale Avenue area to make a cash deposit
- two masked men drove into the lot and approached a male victim as he was walking back to his vehicle
- the men pointed an assault rifle at him and made a demand for cash and valuables, which they obtained
- the men then approached a 29-year-old woman and demanded her jacket and cell phone
- the male victim then began running away from the armed men
- one of the men fired approximately seven rounds from a rifle at the male victim who was not struck by any of the bullets
- the two men fled the area

It is further alleged that:

- a SKS rifle was recovered during the investigation


On Wednesday, April 4, 2018, the Hold Up Squad arrested Sean Fraser, 20, and Jordon Coulson, 25, at their residence.

Sean Fraser, 20, from North York, was charged with:

1. Three counts of Robbery while armed with a firearm
2. Disguise with intent
3. Discharge firearm endanger life
4. Unauthorized possession of a firearm
5. Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized
6. Careless storage of a firearm
7. Possession of a firearm knowing serial number altered
8. Possession of a prohibited device
9. Possession of property obtained by crime
10. Three counts of Fail to comply recognizance
11. Three counts of Fail to comply probation
12. Possession of cocaine

Jordon Coulson, 25, of North York, was charged with:

1. Unauthorized possession of a firearm
2. Possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized
3. Careless storage of a firearm
4. Possession of a serial number altered
5. Possession of a prohibited device
6. Possession of a firearm obtained by crime
7. Possession of a firearm contrary to Prohibition order

On Thursday, April 5, 2018, Vicky Isook, 33, of North York, was arrested and charged:

1. Three counts of Robbery while armed with a firearm
2. Disguise with intent
3. Discharge firearm endanger
4. Three counts of Fail to comply with recognizance
5. Possession of firearm contrary to prohibition order
6. Possession of property obtained by crime

All three men attended court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Friday, April 6, 2018, 10 a.m., courtroom 206.
