The Toronto Police Service requests the public’s assistance identifying a woman sought in a Theft Over $5,000 investigation.

On Monday, March 12, 2018, at approximately 5:35 p.m., a theft occurred at the Gardiner Museum located at 111 Queen’s Park.

It is reported that:

- a woman entered the museum and stole a rock that was on display as part of an art exhibit

- The woman was last seen walking south on Queen’s Park

She is described as 55-60 years of age, 5'4", wearing a black coat, red scarf with black stripes, black pants, black hat and black shoes.

Security camera images of the woman and missing art exhibit are released.
