Marijuana dispensary search warrant executed,
1472 Dundas Street West,
Two people facing total of 14 charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.

On Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at approximately 6:20 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at the Lotus Gift Shop Dispensary at 1472 Dundas Street West.

It is alleged that the following was seized during the execution of the search warrant:

- 55.76 grams of shatter
- 37.88 grams of hashish
- 1152.69 grams (1.15 kg) of loose marijuana
- 946.30 grams of marijuana-derived products (edibles)
- 28.66 grams of THC oils
- $2,586.00 Canadian currency
- $ 2.00 US currency

Evanne Bulchak-Beaudry, 27, of Toronto, was arrested. She is charged with:

1) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under


Travis Fiedtkou, 31, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under

They are both scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, 9 a.m., room 114.
