Man, 39, charged for Uttering Threats to
Parking Enforcement Officer,
Danforth Avenue and Donlands Avenue area

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in an Assault Peace Officer investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Saturday, April 21, 2018, at 8:07 a.m., a Parking Enforcement Officer was issuing parking tickets in the Danforth Avenue and Donlands Avenue area

- a man, 39, became very aggressive and uttered threats to the Parking Enforcement Officer after the PEO had issued a parking ticket to his vehicle

- police arrived, investigated and subsequently arrested the man

On Saturday, April 21, 2018, Andrew Lang 39, of Toronto, was arrested.

He is charged with:

1) Utter Threats

He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, 2 p.m.
