The Toronto Police Service requests assistance identifying a vehicle of interest in two Break-and-Enter investigations.

On Thursday, May 3, 2018, police responded to a Break-and-Enter in the Leslie Street and Lawrence Avenue East area.

It is reported that:

- at approximately 11:48 a.m., the homeowner reported that a man attempted to break into his house by forcing a side door open

- the homeowner confronted the man

- the man then fled to a black Dodge Durango which was waiting nearby

It is further reported that:

- on Thursday, May 3, 2018, police responded to a Break-and-Enter in the Morningside Avenue and Old Finch Avenue area

- two men broke into a home at approximately 1 p.m., and assaulted a man

- the two men took a gun safe that contained a Smith & Wesson revolver along with 1,000 rounds of ammunition

- the two men fled in a black Dodge Durango

One of the men is described as black, 29-32, 5'10". He was wearing a black short-sleeved T-shirt, black sweatpants.

Police have obtained a security camera image of the Dodge Durango and are releasing it to the public.
