The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a man approaching young women in the Bathurst Street and Harbord Street area.

It is reported that:

- on Monday, May 7, 2018, at approximately 8:50 a.m., a man was loitering outside

- he saw two young women and approached them

- he began to yell at them, exposing his abdominal area and rubbing his groin area

- the women ran to a nearby building

The man is described as black, 5'7"-5’8”, 30s, medium muscular build, black shaved hair, brown eyes, clean-shaven. He was wearing a dark-blue sweater, long beige T-shirt, baggy blue jeans.
