On Sunday, June 10, 2018, the Alliance of Portuguese Clubs and Associations of Ontario will host the annual Portuguese Day Parade.
Event organizers anticipate 100,000 spectators will line the parade route.
Participants will assemble on Lansdowne Avenue, from Bloor Street West to College Street, at 9 a.m.
It will proceed:
- southbound on Lansdowne Avenue to Dundas Street West
- eastbound on Dundas Street West to Gore Vale Avenue
Dispersal area: Dundas Street West and Gore Vale Avenue
Vehicles in the area will experience traffic delays and are advised to consider alternate routes.
Roads are expected to be fully reopened by 2 p.m.
This event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
