Gledhill Avenue and Danforth Avenue

On Sunday, June 3, 2018, at 10:26 p.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Gledhill Avenue and Danforth Avenue.
It is reported that:
- a man, 30, was driving a Dodge Journey southbound on Gledhill Avenue, attempting to make a right turn to westbound Danforth Avenue
- a man, 66, was attempting to cross Gledhill Avenue on the north side of Danforth Avenue
- as the driver attempted to make the right turn, the pedestrian was struck
The 66-year-old man received life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
Police are asking local residents, businesses, and drivers, who may have security or dash camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
