The Toronto Police Service is requesting assistance locating a man wanted in an investigation into an Assault in the Bathurst Street and Lake Shore Boulevard West area.

It is alleged that:

- during the two-day period of Monday, June 4, 2018, and Tuesday, June 5, 2018, a woman was forcibly confined, assaulted and threatened

Hussain Al-Naqeeb, 29, of Maple, is wanted for:

1) two counts of Assault with a Weapon
2) two counts of Uttering Threats
3) Forcible Confinement
4) Causing Unnecessary Suffering
5) Mischief Under $5000
6) Take Motor Vehicle without Consent
7) Fail to Comply with Probation Order

He is described as 5'10", 185 lbs.

He is to be considered violent, possibly armed with a knife. If seen, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

His photograph has been released.
