The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of an arrest in an Aggravated Assault investigation.

On Friday, June 29, 2018, at 3:28 p.m., officers responded to a call for a stabbing on the concourse level of a commercial building at 2210 Yonge Street.

On Friday, July 6, 2018, at 9:30 p.m., Andrew Senechal, 23, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

1) Aggravated Assault
2) Possession of a Weapon dangerous to the public peace
3) Theft under $5000

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, July 7, 2018, 9 a.m., room 101.
