The Toronto Police Service requests assistance identifying a second Person of Interest in the investigation into a Fail-to-Remain collision at John Street and Stephanie Street.

On Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at 2:59 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at John Street and Stephanie Street.

The identity of the first man has been confirmed. Police are seeking assistance identifying and locating the second man. His images are attached.
