Jane Street, and Firth Road

On Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at 9:03 p.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Jane Street, north of Firth Road.
It is reported that:
- a man, 18, was driving a BMW 323i, southbound on Jane Street approaching Firth Road
- a male pedestrian, 68, was attempting to cross Jane Street
- the pedestrian was struck by the vehicle
The man received life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital.
Police are asking local residents, businesses, and drivers, who may have security or dash-camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
