The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a criminal investigation in the Lakeshore Boulevard West and Spadina Avenue.
It is alleged that:
- as a result of numerous community complaints, police started an investigation into an address in the Lakeshore Boulevard West and Spadina Avenue area
- a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act warrant was sought and granted for the address
During the execution of the warrant two people were arrested and charged for criminal offences.
Several items, many of which are believed to be stolen, were seized. They include:
- nine high-end bicycles
- four laptops computers
- two tablets
- one cellular phone
- several pieces of identification
- five replica firearms
Photographs of some of the seized items are attached.
Police are asking for assistance in locating the rightful owners of the property. With proof of ownership, officers would like to reunite owners with their property.
