On Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at 9:39 a.m., police responded to a call for a Person Injury Collision at College Street and Ossington Avenue.

It is reported that:

- a 78-year-old man, riding a mobility device, was crossing College Street at Ossington Avenue along the west side of the intersection

- a vehicle traveling east on College Street struck him

- he was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries

Traffic Services is investigating and are asking local residents, businesses, and drivers, who may have security or dash-camera footage of the area to contact investigators.
