Man charged in Arson investigation,
Kingslake Road and Lisburn Crescent area

The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of an arrest in an Arson investigation.
On Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 4:37 a.m., officers responded to a call for a fire in the Kingslake Road and Lisburn Crescent area.
It is reported that:
- a telephone box, located in the vicinity, was on fire
Investigators have identified eight other calls for a fire in various locations over a period of five months.
These locations include:
- Godstone Road
- Esterbrooke Avenue
- Allenbury Gardens
Andrew Kleemiss, 50, of Toronto, has been arrested. He is charged with:
1. Seven counts of Arson Causing Property Damage
2. Arson Disregard for Human Life
3. Break and Enter with Intent
He is scheduled to appear in Old City Hall court on Sunday, October 21, 2018, room 101.
Toronto Police Central North District Criminal Investigations Bureau continues to work with Toronto Fire Service to identify other fire locations which may have been caused by the accused.
