The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance with a Firearm Discharge investigation.

It was reported that:

- on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at approximately 9:34 p.m. a group of young people were in the Jamestown Crescent and John Garland Boulevard area

- two men were shooting at another person, near an 8-year-old boy who was walking in the area

- no injuries were reported

Investigators released security camera a video which can be viewed on YouTube.

The suspect is described as black, and he was wearing a dark winter jacket with a hood, and dark pants. No description of the other suspect.

The vehicle involved is described as a late model white Toyota Rav4 with a sunroof. A white rear-door mounted spare tire cover was affixed to the vehicle.
