Police request assistance in shooting investigation,
Fraser Avenue and Liberty Street

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance in a shooting investigation.

On Sunday, October 7, 2018, at approximately 3:10 a.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting in a parking lot near Fraser Avenue and Liberty Street.

It is reported that:

- there was an altercation between two groups of people

- there were a group of men in a black four-door sedan

- one of them pointed a firearm out of the car window

- he discharged the gun several times

- the car sped off northbound on Mowat Avenue

No injuries were reported to police.

Investigators urge anyone with information to call police.
