The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying and locating a man wanted in a stabbing investigation.

On Sunday, October 28, 2018, at 2:50 a.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for a stabbing in the College Street and Montrose Avenue area.

It is reported that:

- four men were involved in a physical altercation

- a man stabbed a 26-year-old man in the abdomen, causing serious injuries

- the men fled the scene in a silver sedan

The man is described as in his late twenties, with short dark hair and a dark beard. He was wearing a black shirt, a checkered hoodie, and a black jacket.
